If you want to tee it up on the #1 Public Golf Course in the state of Texas, go check out Erin's old stomping grounds, just a little over an hour south of Alpine! You can even hit a golf ball across the Rio Grande into Mexico! PSA: If you decide you want to play we suggest making your tee times ASAP, this time of year is one of the busiest for the resort and golf course.

Just a little over an hour drive from Alpine sits one of our favorite places in Texas. Big Bend National Park is absolutely gorgeous with some incredible hikes. If you have time we strongly suggest checking it out while you're in the area!

Also located about an hour south of Alpine, near Big Bend National Park, is this quirky little town we love. Lots of great people and incredible food with some of the best views of BBNP!

One of our favorite places for great food and cocktails is located about 30 minutes west of Alpine. The Gage Hotel Restaurant food is incredible and the White Buffalo Bar is a super fun atmosphere.

Another really cool place to visit while you're here is Fort Davis, just 30 minutes north of Alpine. They have some of the best views and lots of tourist attracting activities.
